This month, our homeschool themes are Mom, Rainbows, and Butterflies. There’s a very good chance you have everything you need for this activity in your cupboard. It kept Athena entertained for a good half hour! If you know my kid, that is a LONG time. I am already planning to repeat this activity in variation through the summer!
- What you need:
- Baking Soda
- Vinegar
- Food Coloring
- Spoon/Scoop
- Lay a layer of baking soda down.
- Dot w food coloring.
- Cover with some more baking soda.
- I dilute vinegar in some water, gave her a scoop/spoon, and let her go to town.
